1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SoFi AI’s platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

SoFi AI provides an AI-powered workforce platform that automates customer engagement, reputation management, scheduling, campaigns, and analytics for local businesses. Features and availability may change as we improve the platform.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes or to violate any regulations
  • Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our systems
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Resell access without an authorized partner agreement

5. Billing & Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees are one-time charges due at onboarding. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the SoFi AI platform are owned by SoFi AI, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours — you grant us a limited license to use it for providing our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

SoFi AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
